Clear toughened glass is the standard glass used for most glazing applications. It has a green tinge which shows its iron qualities. When painted a light colour, a light green opaque colour is displayed.

By choosing a clear float glass, darker colours tend not to show the green tint. This is the most economical glass to choose.

Starfire is a low iron glass, therefore there is a wider range of colours to choose from than clear toughened glass. There is no difference in quality or durability when compared to clear toughened glass.

Slump glass allows you to add a depth and texture to the glass. Choose a standard pattern from our range, or you can come up with you own design. All our slump glass is custom made, and we recommend a metallic paint to highlight the depth, texture and pattern of the glass.
